Our private Sanctuary Gardens, with covered patio and two fire rings, is a perfect place for fire lit gatherings. Ample well lit parking - cars or buses Indoor restrooms and kitchen available. Reservation required as early as possible, and at least 30 days in advance.

Historical Tours In The Tropics
Daytime Tropical History Walking Tours Includes a house tour of The Barnacle Historical House, the Bay front home of Commadore Ralph Monroe. The enchanting Village of Coconut Grove is one of the oldest settlements in South Florida. You will walk in the footsteps of Pirates, Rum Runners, Grove Pioneers, Bahamian Settlers, Ancient Indigenous Peoples, Gangsters, and Artists. The Half Mile Story Walk ends with a delightful house & grounds tour at the Barnacle State Park. The Length of the Tour is 2 1/2 Hours, and provides views of the Beautiful Bay and Original Hardwood Hammocks.
